Join our immersive Mat Pilates Teacher Training and deepen your understanding of movement, anatomy, cueing, and equipment-based instruction. This program is ideal for those ready to take their teaching to the next level in a focused, small-group setting.

$1500 — Payment plans available
📌 Requirements
- Pilates Experience (At least 10 sessions)
- Comfortable practice teaching, giving, and receiving feedback
- Attendance important for all training dates
- Missed sessions must be made up via recordings and assignments
