DEFINE (reformer)

This invigorating signature reformer class gives the students a firm basis in core principles, fundamentals, back placement, and technique while also introducing variations and having fun! There’s a reason the reformer is the most popular machine. It works! You will never be bored with the vast amount of series and props we add to these classes! Short box, long box, jumpboards, hand weights, fuzzies, to name a few. No class is ever the same, but Pilates principles are always there. Mixed level class.


MAX (reformer)

Get everything you want and more from our signature reformer class at maximum intensity and pace. Learn unique exercises that will challenge both your body and mind in a way you never thought possible. Intermediate and Advanced levels only. 


SWEAT (reformer)

Take our high intensity signature Reformer class and combine it with our jumpboards, and standing Pilates intervals and you’ve got DEFINITION SWEAT. Your endurance will be challenged as you move from exercise to another. Jumpboards will elevate your heart rate while intervals with hand weights will continue to work your cardiovascular system and enable you to burn twice the calories than cardio alone. Plus, it's fun! This is a mixed level class, however, prior Reformer experience is required.


BARRE'D (floor/tower)

Definition's signature Barre class, is unlike any other you've tried! This mixed level semi-private class is a blend of classical Pilates, cardio routines, standing/mat barre work and yoga stretches. You can really set your own "barre" since this class is exclusive (maxing out at 6 people) and tailored to you! Get the personal attention you deserve. No need to bring a mat- you'll be using our state of the art, elevated cushioned mats with the tower apparatus as your bar! Imagine everything you love about Pilates while burning even more calories and going even deeper into the muscles with barre work. If you want quick results, this class is for you!


FUSE (reformer/tower)

This awesome mixed-level class combines the best of the apparatus, utilizing both the reformer and the tower with minimal equipment transitions. You will never be bored as the creative possibilities are endless!


PUSH N PULL (tower)

Stretch and strengthen the entire body in our Tower classes, using your core while utilizing different springs for each limb from lying to standing positions. Experience the roll-back and push-through bars unique to the Tower that give you an incredible amount of exciting exercises you will not soon forget! This is a mixed level class.


SILK FLOW (aerial) 

This mixed level class utilizes the aerials from the ground up. Strengthen and stretch your body with the silk hammock as an apparatus to support you and help you to get into the postures in the best way possible for you. But don't let that fool you- you will still challenge your body in ways you never thought possible. Any inversions in the hammock can be modified and floor options will be given.

In all aerial classes we ask that you leave your jewelry behind as it can snag the silks. Also, please wear sleeves if possible, this is for sanitary reasons but also it will be much more comfortable for you if you have your skin covered. 


BARRE-X (aerial)

Imagine everything you love about our signature BARRE'D class (cardio, ballet conditioning and yoga), with the addition of suspension training similar to TRX, and using the silks to stretch deeply. You will work your entire body from heat to toe. No doubt this is one that will leave an impression.
