DEFINE (reformer)

This invigorating signature reformer class gives the students a firm basis in core principles, fundamentals, back placement, and technique while also introducing variations and having fun! There’s a reason the reformer is the most popular machine. It works! You will never be bored with the vast amount of series and props we add to these classes! Short box, long box, jumpboards, hand weights, fuzzies, to name a few. No class is ever the same, but Pilates principles are always there. Mixed level class.


SWEAT (reformer)

Take our high intensity signature Reformer class and combine it with our jumpboards, and standing Pilates intervals and you’ve got DEFINITION SWEAT. Your endurance will be challenged as you move from exercise to another. Jumpboards will elevate your heart rate while intervals with hand weights will continue to work your cardiovascular system and enable you to burn twice the calories than cardio alone. Plus, it's fun! This is a mixed level class, however, prior Reformer experience is required.


MIXER (teacher’s choice of apparatus)

This awesome mixed-level class combines the best of everything, utilizing a range of apparatus from the reformer, tower, chairs and bosus, plus props! You will never be bored as the creative possibilities are endless!


SCULPT (tower)

Stretch and strengthen the entire body in our Tower classes, using your core while utilizing different springs for each limb from lying to standing positions. Experience the roll-back and push-through bars unique to the Tower that give you an incredible amount of exciting exercises you will not soon forget! This is a mixed level class.


AERIAL FLOW WORKSHOPS (aerial hammock)

Our aerial workshops incorporate cardio, conditioning and yoga, with the addition of suspension training similar to TRX, and then using the silks to stretch deeply. You will work your entire body from heat to toe. No doubt this is one that will leave an impression.

In all aerial classes we ask that you leave your jewelry behind as it can snag the silks. Also, please wear sleeves if possible, this is for sanitary reasons but also it will be much more comfortable for you if you have your skin covered.
